**All approvals are subject to proper permits and licenses if applicable. Approval is good for one (1) year from the approval date. Once construction begins, modifications of current structures/landscaping must be completed within ninety (90) days. With new construction, completion must be within six (6) months. After that time, homeowner will be required to resubmit to the Committee. Homeowner grants permission for the Association representatives to enter the lot to ensure accuracy/completion of submittal if applicable & understands that the return of applicable deposit is contingent on completion & clean-up of all materials involved in the process.
